Sludge Drying System

One of the biggest problems of wastewater treatment plants today is the drying and disposal of the resulting sludge. Due to the physical and chemical processes involved in the treatment, it includes heavy metals and non-biologically treated products and pathological organisms from waste water.

For this reason, it is possible to spread the sludge within the treatment to open lands. by causing problems such as; vegetation, soil organisms and people living on the damage will. Sending sludge to landfills is also not a solution. According to European Union law, the amount of organic matter sent to landfill should be reduced by 75% by 2010, by 50% by 2013 and by 35% by 2020 according to the quantities announced in 1995

Why DNA Sludge Drying System?

DNA sludge dewatering system is the best project designed with much less sludge formation and closed circuit operation than comparable systems with its high technology.

Bacteria Formation

The sludge formed as a result of chemical treatment or coagulation creates environmental pollution with intense odor, viruses and hazardous chemicals. Thanks to its technology, DNA prevents the formation of chemicals and bacteria.

Shipping & Stocking

DNA breaks down, grinds and compresses sludge with its patented blade system. The sludge formed in this way is 7 times more than standard sludge dewatering systems.

Odor Problems

Since the DNA new generation sludge dewatering system is a closed circuit system, it prevents the formation of odor and bacteria, unlike standard treatment plants.

Worker Health

Wastes generated in standard disposal facilities, heavy metals, disease-causing bacteria, viruses and hazardous chemicals present problems in terms of the working environment and worker health.
